After the post the other day, I really wanted to lighten the mood by showing you two new publications in the current Quick & Easy Crochet magazine.  Like I've said before, this magazine is only available by subscription.  It isn't available on news stands and such.  You can purchase a subscription directly from the publisher, Grass Roots Publishing. 

Some of you may not have heard about this magazine.  I love it!  If I were to start publishing my own magazine, it would probably be very much the same.  It just has more of a sense of home for me.  I don't know how to explain it.  When I get my issue of this magazine, I feel like the editor is someone just like me.  And, I would absolutely love it if I could do something like this.  So, I fully support the magazine any time I get the chance.  And, I love that I've had several of my designs published in this one.

Good news on this one!  It's Tunisian crochet!  Yay!  I used Moda Dea Cherish.  It was a really quick and easy project.

Mint Magic

This is a set of hat, sweater and afghan.  I used Moda Dea Baby Talk.  I absolutely love Baby Talk yarn.  It's got the feel of fine merino wool but it's easy care.  Very, very nice yarn. 

I have another design which was just published in another magazine as well.  I'll save it for next time.

I want to thank each and every one of you who responded to my last post, both here and through personal email.  I'm glad that everyone understands that I'm not trying to be a big "meanie".  I've simply become overly frustrated about the situation and I want to try to make it better.  I let it all hang out like that because we all have to work together to make things better for everyone!  Thank you again for your support of all independent designers and here's to a bright future for all of us!
